Design in Blooms is an independently owned LLC based in the Phoenix area of Surprise, AZ serving the west valley and beyond. As a professional home studio florist with over 25 years of design experience specializing in wedding and event work, our team is committed to bringing you the beauty of life’s every moment through creative floral designs.
I’m Wendi Harris, a designer in the floral industry since 1990. Evolving through decades of floral trends and life experiences has helped me develop a great passion to implement floral design in a way that will reflect what your heart wants to say. Whether it’s an, “I can’t imagine life without you,” or a “Words aren’t enough to comfort you,” flowers are a living sentiment delivering an impact that will last long after the flowers are gone.

In most cases when ordered by 10am we are able to accomodate same day delivery, however, orders with specific requests may need a next day or 24 hour turn around. Because we specialize in custom designs, we do not keep a large inventory and want to make sure you get the freshest flowers. A 24 hour turn around gives us the opportunity to personalize your order with the best flowers available.
Yes! We are a professional florist licensed to do business in the state of Arizona, and have a standard business insurance policy in place for the peace of mind of you and your venue.
Yes. We will see your event through to the fabulous end. The extent of service is up to you, whether you would like to pick up your order, have it delivered or opt for a worry-free complete install and strike service.
Yes! We love helping DIYers! You can even schedule a DIY bouquet party with us where you bring your friends together for professional instruction from Wendi to insure you end up with the professional quality you dream of! Schedule a consultation with Wendi at least 4 weeks prior to plan for fun with friends and flowers!
